Pugh Centre Mobile Access Software Update Instructions

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE THESE STEPS AFTER 3:30PM WEEKDAYS, ON A WEEKEND, OR ANYTIME OUTSIDE OF ARPM’S BUSINESS HOURS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN BEING LOCKED OUT OF THE BUILDING AND YOUR APARTMENT UNTIL THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Completing the instructions below WILL remove your mobile credential from the Mobile Access app. A member of our staff will need to restore your credential and re-sync it at the building before your key will begin working again.

Please follow the steps below to update the Schlage Mobile Access app on your device to the latest version. This will ensure that the app can successfully unlock all doors in the building to which you have access, including the main Beaver Avenue entry door.

  1. Head to the main Beaver Avenue entry door that is labeled “Elev / Lobby 103” in the Mobile Access app. Attempt to unlock the door using the app.
  2. If you see “Access Granted” and the door unlocks, then your app is properly interacting with the locks; there is no further action necessary on your part. If you see “Access Denied” in the app, please proceed to the next step.
  3. (WARNING: Continue only if you have an “access denied” message from step 2– the following steps will temporarily interrupt your building and apartment access). Uninstall the Schlage Mobile Access app from your device.
  4. Open the app store on your device and install Schlage Mobile Access (iPhone: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/schlage-mobile-access/id1505710549)
  5. You now have a compatible version of Schlage Mobile Access, but your mobile credential will be missing. You will be unable to unlock any doors until your mobile credential has been restored and re-synced by a member of our staff. Please complete the form below to alert a member of our staff that you need to have your mobile credential restored. We plan to re-sync new credentials twice per weekday; once at approximately 11:30am and again at approximately 4:00pm. Note: Failure to complete the below form after following these instructions will delay getting your mobile access restored.
Please complete this form if you have replaced your smartphone or if your Schlage Mobile Access app is showing a red ‘X’. A member of our staff will use this information to restore your credential. Your mobile key will begin working again after the next re-sync.
