    Application Fee: $40.00 non-refundable (separate payment from security deposit) payable via debit/credit card after completing form.

Use this field to tell us whether you are part of a group/organization who would prefer adjacent apartments. You can also use this field to let us know that you are requesting a specific unit (example: an exact apartment number in a building, your sibling's apartment, non-carpeted unit, etc) or whether you would like to apply for something non-specific (ie: any furnished two bedroom downtown, etc).

  1. This application is not an Agreement to Lease by Associated Realty, and Applicant is not bound to accept any lease offered.

  2. Applicant(s) shall deposit the sum of one month's rent if/when a lease is offered and within five (5) days of lease signing. Deposit is payable in one check. This deposit shall be returned to Applicant(s) if the application is not accepted (The $40 application fee is a non-refundable processing fee). If the application is accepted, the deposit shall be retained and applied as the security deposit upon the execution and delivery of a written lease agreement with one signature. A $50.00 fee will be levied on all returned checks. Tenant must cover the returned check with cash, money order, or a certified check.

  3. Applicant(s) acknowledges that in processing this application, Associated Realty has the right to make personal and credit inquiries of individuals and companies concerning Applicant(s) character, creditworthiness, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living.

  4. Associated Realty shall not be liable to Applicant(s) for refusal to accept this application to lease. Applicant(s) acknowledges that Associated Realty, its agents, and employees have made no written or oral representation whatsoever that this application would be accepted or that Applicant(s) would be given a lease agreement for any dwelling unit. This deposit does not guarantee you an apartment at this time.

  5. If the application to lease is accepted, Applicant(s) shall be notified and a written lease agreement will be prepared. Upon notification, Applicant(s) shall have 24 hours to execute the lease. After lease is executed, Applicant(s) shall have five days to return it to Associated Realty complete with mandatory parental cosignatures. Applicant(s) acknowledges that failure to execute and deliver the written lease agreement within the prescribed time may be grounds for termination of Associated Realty's offer to lease. This time limit shall apply to all leases and Associated Realty shall not be obligated to enter into any lease agreement which is not delivered within this time limit.

  6. Consumer Notice--(This is not a contract) Associated Realty hereby states that with respect to this property, we are acting in the following capacity: An agent of the owner pursuant to a Property Management Agreement. I acknowledge that I have received this notice.
