The Ivy Place rooming house offers furnished single rooms of various sizes and is located one and a half blocks from campus.  This affordable alternative to dormitory living features seven shared full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, two common sinks for dish washing, on-site coin-operated laundry, on-site parking (additional fee), and includes most of utilities in the rent.   Each room includes a bed, dresser, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, built-in shelving, and closet.  Larger rooms also include a desk and chair.
