Key Pick-Up Information 2024

ATTENTION: If your lease begins before August 24, 2024, please come to our Rentals Office located in the Beaver Terrace building:

The Rentals Office is the second door on your left down the hallway past the elevators.


ARPM OFF-SITE KEY PICK-UP LOCATION
170 ROLLING RIDGE DR, STATE COLLEGE, PA 16801

Key Pick-Up for those whose leases begin on August 24, 2024 will take place at our off-site Key Pick-Up location in Hills Plaza South Shopping Centre. We will be in a storefront (Suite 170) between “Uptown Cheapskate” and “Cosmo & Prof” – look for all of the ARPM signs and banner! Doors will open at 9:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM.

Please designate ONE person from your group (must be a tenant or guarantor) to pick up your keys – only one person will be allowed inside per group to keep lines moving*. Please ensure you have a photo ID with you for verification purposes.

Please note that this information does NOT apply to buildings with mobile keys (Campus Tower, Centre Court, The Edge, and Pugh Centre). Instructions for your mobile key will be sent via email. Links to download your app for the credential will be sent via email (Campus Tower, Centre Court, The Edge) or text (Pugh Centre) soon. *If no tenant or guarantor on the lease is able to pick up keys and you would like to designate someone to pick up keys for you, please contact the Rentals Office via email ([email protected]) or by phone ((814) 231-3333). Please instruct the person picking up keys to make sure they have a photo ID with them to verify their identity.
